Job Summary
A Healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Call Quality Representative.
Must be able to:
- Conduct oversight of inbound enrollment calls
- Document findings for discussion
- Work within established policies/practices and guidelines

- At least one (1) year of customer service experience
