Job Summary

A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Capability Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading capability strategy, understanding market, business, and operations needs
• Defining and executing against capability roadmaps that focus initially on minimally viable deliverables
• Serving as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders on specific marketplace and IT topics

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of product / capability management experience within a large matrix organization
• Experience translating customer needs into product vision
• Understanding of how to utilize user experience collateral such as personas, journey maps, etc
• Experience managing capability roadmaps and ensuring strategic alignment with organizational vision
• Experience transforming business in a product-led organization
