Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Capability Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate and understand the Business Product Vision and Roadmap
- Create and participate in the build of the product vision for IT and the IT roadmap
- Work with a cross-functional teams as needed in planning a product release
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in business, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+years of experience as a Product Owner, business analyst or related field experience
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies including use of agile tools
- Comfortable working with in-house and remote teams
- IT technical background or high degree of understanding to translate requirements from business to Tech team
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite
