Job Summary
A health service company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Client Account Support Lead Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining ownership for assigned intermediate level Service Requests
- Meeting all service standards to ensure CST and client satisfaction
- Handling work stream specific assignments of a progressively more complex nature
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products, e-mail and the Internet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adjust communication content
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong focus on book of business satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes
- Ability to work cross- functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues
