Job Summary

A health service company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Client Account Support Lead Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining ownership for assigned intermediate level Service Requests
  • Meeting all service standards to ensure CST and client satisfaction
  • Handling work stream specific assignments of a progressively more complex nature

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products, e-mail and the Internet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adjust communication content
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong focus on book of business satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes
  • Ability to work cross- functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues
