Job Summary

A healthcare solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Healthcare Client Registration Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being comfortable as the first point of contact for all medicals calls
  • Directing callers to our Registered Nurses and/or other Clinicians in an appropriate manner
  • Taking notice of injury reports from patients using our process, procedures, and software

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum education level of a High School Diploma
  • Office administration or medical office administration certificate or diploma is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or a call center environment
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Must be able to complete a clear background and drug screening
  • Ability to handle upset patients at times and de-escalate upset patients
