Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Client Relationship Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing required services that meet the client’s needs
  • Advising client of any reporting changes and guides them through the changes
  • Analyzing client needs to develop more effective reporting

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel 25% with occasional evening or weekend event participation
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of client or account relationship experience in Specialty Pharmacy or 340B space
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues
  • Experience recommending and implementing solutions to resolve problems
