A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Client Relationship Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing required services that meet the client’s needs
- Advising client of any reporting changes and guides them through the changes
- Analyzing client needs to develop more effective reporting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel 25% with occasional evening or weekend event participation
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of client or account relationship experience in Specialty Pharmacy or 340B space
- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues
- Experience recommending and implementing solutions to resolve problems
