Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Client Service Representative II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the training of associates in the Client Service Representative I position
  • Validating requests and authorizations for release of medical information
  • Reviewing the accuracy of scanned documents

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience preferably with release of information or related
  • Proven customer service experience and/or training
  • Ability to effectively use computer software and technology
  • Ability to understand and become knowledgeable of Release of Information standards
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple, healthcare terminology
