A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Client Support Representative in Lafayette.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for handling all inbound calls, emails and chats
- Responding to all support tickets within defined response times
- Documenting all actions in tickets, including customer contacts and resolution
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma Required or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field or related area
- Proficient with Microsoft windows and Internet applications
- Understanding of basic computer functions, software and related interactions
- Must be able to physically connect to a high speed ISP (modem/router) using a provided network patch cable
