Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Client Support Representative in Lafayette.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being responsible for handling all inbound calls, emails and chats
  • Responding to all support tickets within defined response times
  • Documenting all actions in tickets, including customer contacts and resolution

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma Required or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field or related area
  • Proficient with Microsoft windows and Internet applications
  • Understanding of basic computer functions, software and related interactions
  • Must be able to physically connect to a high speed ISP (modem/router) using a provided network patch cable
