A healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Client Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research and respond to client inquiries
- Manage a workload of defects
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 years' experience in C lient S upport role related to SAAS model web applications
- Experience as a Major Incident Lead managing outages or incidents impacting performance of production level environments
- Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university in Computer Science or Business
