A healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Client Support Specialist.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2-3 years' experience in C lient S upport role related to SAAS model web applications
  • Experience as a Major Incident Lead managing outages or incidents impacting performance of production level environments
