Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Collections Specialist in Charleston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
• Identifying problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to attend Privacy and Security Training a required by the HIPAA Awareness Program
• High School or GED preferred
