Job Summary
A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Construction Regional Design and Construction Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading a team of project managers in specific region on the delivery of new construction and renovation projects
- Raising awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with RPM
- Monitoring all projects for adequate scope and schedule
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- B.A or B.S. in Architecture, Project Management or Construction Management or equivalet experience
- 8+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare environmen
- Working experience within a real estate group, professional services, or construction management firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
- Experience working remotely in a virtual team within a matrix reporting relationship
- Experience building trusting relationships and providing fact-based support
