Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Advocate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing our members with the information they need to make better decisions
- Helping members get access to the right care the first time
- Providing compassionate and empathetic support to 50 to 70 callers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ months of customer service experience OR experience in a medical office, health care, or similar
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications,
- Ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
