Job Summary
A healthcare retail company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving escalations and partnering internally with other departments
- Taking not only inbound calls but completing worklist items
- Providing a more personalized customer service experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- One year experience in a customer service role or one year pharmacy experience
- Six months work experience with Windows-based applications
- Computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude
- Strong desire for customer service and relationship building
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
