Job Summary

A healthcare retail company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving escalations and partnering internally with other departments
  • Taking not only inbound calls but completing worklist items
  • Providing a more personalized customer service experience

Qualifications for this position include:

  • One year experience in a customer service role or one year pharmacy experience
  • Six months work experience with Windows-based applications
  • Computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude
  • Strong desire for customer service and relationship building
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
