Job Summary

A healthcare retail company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Resolving escalations and partnering internally with other departments
Taking not only inbound calls but completing worklist items
Providing a more personalized customer service experience

Qualifications for this position include:

One year experience in a customer service role or one year pharmacy experience
Six months work experience with Windows-based applications
Computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude
Strong desire for customer service and relationship building
Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
