Job Summary

A mobile diagnostic service provider is in need of a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering incoming calls from and responds to customer requests, internal and external staff
  • Troubleshooting when results are not available
  • Properly filling out occurrence reports and submitting them in a timely manner

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Preferably 2 years call center experience
  • Preferably familiar with medical terminology
  • Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer usage windows applications, e-mail, and internet
  • Excellent computer keying skills required type a minimum of 35 wpm; Alpha and numeric data entry skills
  • Must keep constant professionalism and phone etiquette
