A call center is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrating appropriate customer care behaviors
- Recording, investigating and identifying profiles to determine appropriate action steps
- Logging, tracking and documenting interactions through utilization of call center technology
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year continuous employment in a Customer Service related position
- Must be able to multitask in a technologically based environment
- Available to work a fulltime flexible schedule Monday through Sunday
- Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse populations
