Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving routine orders for a variety of blood and pharmaceutical products
- Determining most economical method of transportation for hospital shipments
- Maintaining with data, tools or computer programs to facilitate management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School or equivalent
- Minimum one years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Ability to locate products in multiple systems and provide accurate status updates
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suites and Windows
