Job Summary

A provider of clinical interventions and management services is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Specialist in Itasca.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing tech support for patients
  • Registering and scheduling patients in the telemedicine system
  • Engaging with physicians during telemedicine visits

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Have worked in a medical setting
  • Able to engage with physicians
  • Able to engage injured or ill patients over the phone and put them at ease
  • Be tech savvy with mobile devices and apps and possess the ability to assist users
  • Be PC proficient, with the ability to listen and enter data into software accurately
