A provider of clinical interventions and management services is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Specialist in Itasca.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing tech support for patients
- Registering and scheduling patients in the telemedicine system
- Engaging with physicians during telemedicine visits
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have worked in a medical setting
- Able to engage with physicians
- Able to engage injured or ill patients over the phone and put them at ease
- Be tech savvy with mobile devices and apps and possess the ability to assist users
- Be PC proficient, with the ability to listen and enter data into software accurately
