Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Success Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of customer success professionals
- Ensuring an exemplary customer experience
- Driving and presenting data analysis to / furnish of recommendations of strategic marketing and product plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare management or related field
- 7-10 years relevant experience in customer success, account management, sales, marketing or consulting
- Experience and understanding of the US healthcare landscape
- Track record of delivering results
- Exceptional consultative ability and communication skills including presentations
- Self-starter and comfortable working with a rapidly expanding organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
