Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Support Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partnering with customers and effectively resolving issues through phone, email, and chat
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more services
- Helping customers navigate a variety of tools and features within the software
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Possess technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts
- Interested in building technical knowledge around medical data management, EMRs and healthcare software
- Have demonstrated experience in customer service and are passionate about the customer experience
- Can autonomously troubleshoot and further investigate to fix a problem
- Have remote experience or an ability to be self-sufficient
