Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Support Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Partnering with customers and effectively resolving issues through phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more services
  • Helping customers navigate a variety of tools and features within the software

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Possess technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts
  • Interested in building technical knowledge around medical data management, EMRs and healthcare software
  • Have demonstrated experience in customer service and are passionate about the customer experience
  • Can autonomously troubleshoot and further investigate to fix a problem
  • Have remote experience or an ability to be self-sufficient
