Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Documentation Specialist in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and completing CCM documentation in a variety of EHRs
- Providing feedback to Chronic Care Coordinators to increase accuracy and quality
- Ensuring notes are correctly delivered for billing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a Medical Assistant with CURRENT certification
- Familiar with medical terminology, basic anatomy and physiology, and pharmacology
- Strong written communication skills and excellent grammar
- Familiarity with Windows platform, Microsoft Office Suite, and computer competency
- Experience working in an EHR
