Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Email Marketing Associate Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintain email platform certifications, push for advanced strategic uses of email platform tactics
• Build a team of email marketing professionals to support clients
• Lead the partner relationship with our email partners to learn about new opportunities

Qualifications Include:

• 4+ years of experience managing mainly eCommerce email campaigns
• Experience using Klaviyo or other similar technologies
• In depth knowledge of lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
• Team management experience required
• Detailed understanding of digital media fundamentals and language
• Proficiency with databases, particularly in data entry, extraction, and report creation
