Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Obtaining physician referrals and scheduling appointments
• Identifying additional opportunities to serve patient and/or family members
• Supporting marketing campaigns through inbound patient calls

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel rarely if necessary
• Prior healthcare, customer service, and/or sales experience
• Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
• Knowledge of managed care requirements under third party payor programs
• Understanding of patient billing processes
• Knowledge of types of health information and the rules and regulations surrounding their use
