A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Engagement Management Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly meetings with Account Managers and Operations Managers to discuss the needs of the business
  • Serve on task forces and enhancement committees
  • Supervise direct reports, provide training and skills development

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel up to 30% of the time
  • Previous experience with participant registration for meetings and programs
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Firsthand experience of domestic and international group travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Previous Healthcare Engagement experience
