Job Summary
A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Engagement Management Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly meetings with Account Managers and Operations Managers to discuss the needs of the business
- Serve on task forces and enhancement committees
- Supervise direct reports, provide training and skills development
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel up to 30% of the time
- Previous experience with participant registration for meetings and programs
- Strong customer service experience
- Firsthand experience of domestic and international group travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Previous Healthcare Engagement experience
