Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Event Planner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support all Bid Defense Meeting logistics
  • Maintain the records of all event/meeting aspects
  • Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and services

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel 25% of the Time
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, communications or relevant coursework
  • 2+ years’ experience in similar Meeting, conference or event coordination role is a must
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
