Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Event Planner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support all Bid Defense Meeting logistics
- Maintain the records of all event/meeting aspects
- Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel 25% of the Time
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, communications or relevant coursework
- 2+ years’ experience in similar Meeting, conference or event coordination role is a must
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
