Job Summary
A healthcare innovation teaching lab needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Grant Writer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying, defining, and developing funding sources to support existing and planned program activities
- Managing the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals to sponsors
- Researching and identifying new government, corporate, foundation and private funding opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Life Science or Public Health
- Minimum of five years of grant writing experience
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Experience in securing funding opportunities
- Knowledge of the life sciences industry including commercialization
- Strong project management skills
