Job Summary

A healthcare innovation teaching lab needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Grant Writer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying, defining, and developing funding sources to support existing and planned program activities
  • Managing the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals to sponsors
  • Researching and identifying new government, corporate, foundation and private funding opportunities

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Life Science or Public Health
  • Minimum of five years of grant writing experience
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Experience in securing funding opportunities
  • Knowledge of the life sciences industry including commercialization
  • Strong project management skills
