Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Information Technology Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recommend, develop, maintain and report performance metrics
- Collaborate with the technology/ESG team to analyze and develop solutions to frequently reported issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service through FreshDesk, email and Slack
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience working as a Sr. IT Administrator/Specialist on a help desk providing remote or onsite support
- Experience with the following platforms
- Experience Active Directory, OneLogin, Okta or a similar Auth platform
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Familiar with on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
- Effective time management including the ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
