Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Information Technology Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Recommend, develop, maintain and report performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the technology/ESG team to analyze and develop solutions to frequently reported issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through FreshDesk, email and Slack

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Sr. IT Administrator/Specialist on a help desk providing remote or onsite support
  • Experience with the following platforms
  • Experience Active Directory, OneLogin, Okta or a similar Auth platform
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Effective time management including the ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
