A healthcare business and operations provider is in need of a Telecommute Healthcare Insurance Collector.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contact insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims
- Review EOBs and correspondence for account follow-up
- Identify and escalate problem accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school education or GED
- Minimum 2-3 years related experience
- Minimum 2-3 years in insurance follow-up experience
- Ability to understand and explain EOBs and/or UBs
