A healthcare business and operations provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Insurance Verification Representative in Las Vegas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing pre-registration and insurance verification prior to date of service
- Following scripted benefits verification and pre-certification format and record responses
- Assigning Insurance Plans accurately
Required Skills:
- Comfortable working remotely
- Able to perform electronic insurance eligibility confirmation when applicable
- Able to complete Medicare Secondary Payor Questionnaire as applicable
- Ability to calculate patient cost share
- Must be prepared to collect via phone or make payment arrangements
