Job Summary

A computer software company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare IT Product Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Proactively communicating the current status of open cases to customers
  • Maintaining clear case notes relating to customer requests from the support line & portal following established standards
  • Providing expert product knowledge support to Sentry customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Required travel expectation minimal
  • Demonstrates ability to break down problems into simple lists of tasks or activities
  • Experience with customer support activities with sensitivity to customer needs and expectations
  • 5+ years of experience in hospital/health-related area or equivalent combination of related experience
  • Assume responsibility for all customer incidents; communicate status and expectations, and escalate
  • High level of computer proficiency required for Microsoft Office
