Job Summary
A computer software company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare IT Product Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively communicating the current status of open cases to customers
- Maintaining clear case notes relating to customer requests from the support line & portal following established standards
- Providing expert product knowledge support to Sentry customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Required travel expectation minimal
- Demonstrates ability to break down problems into simple lists of tasks or activities
- Experience with customer support activities with sensitivity to customer needs and expectations
- 5+ years of experience in hospital/health-related area or equivalent combination of related experience
- Assume responsibility for all customer incidents; communicate status and expectations, and escalate
- High level of computer proficiency required for Microsoft Office
