Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Junior Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts
• Create and maintain template agreements based on business and legal requirements
• Review and proactively identify legal trends and risks

Qualifications for this position include:

• Must have a JD Degree and be a member in good standing of a State Bar
• 0-2 +years of experience
• Knowledge of US healthcare law, including HIPAA, data privacy and security
• Familiarity with reviewing and drafting technology/software license agreement
• Ability to manage a diverse scope of matters, issues and projects simultaneously
