Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Lead Underwriter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Apply underwriting policies and procedures to new and existing business
• Achieve overall corporate financial goals by applying appropriate pricing methodologies
• Analyze claims detail data from multiple in-house claims processing systems

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors
• Experience analyzing financials related to Health Care Claims, Health Care Products, and Pharmacy Underwriting
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, State and Federal regulations, preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and assist with fulfillment of financial requirements for RFPs
• Ability to develop and own underwriting and pricing policies and guidance
