A training company is in need of a Telecommute Healthcare Learning Designer and Producer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating innovative and effective online training for direct care workers
- Turning complex concepts into clear, digestible pieces of information
- Using your editorial skills to develop material written by subject matter experts
Position Requirements Include:
- Working knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- 7+ years of professional experience in instructional/learning design and learning technologies
- A portfolio that showcases your instructional design and multimedia production abilities
- 2+ years of professional experience creating training materials for adult learners in health care
- Working knowledge of eLearning and content development tools
- Exceptional writing and developmental editing abilities
