A health care provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Management Case Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating and evaluating medical management strategies
- Providing education regarding appropriate preventive care
- Entering and maintaining critical data in information management system
Position Requirements Include:
- Actively participating in new provider orientations
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing required
- RN License in Connecticut
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy on Windows products
