Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Member Service Advocate in the Loveland Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues
  • Handle member calls, resolving more complex customer issues
  • Create a positive in-person experience and relationship with the members

Qualifications Include:

  • 50% Telecommute
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR Equivalent work experience
