Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Member Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling inbound phone calls from Medicare Supplement Plan members
  • Answering questions on claims, premiums, and membership
  • Providing written correspondence

Required Skills:

  • 7 weeks of paid training in Topeka, KS
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage Health Plan experience
  • Detailed knowledge of contracts, benefit coding, enrollment regulations, and legal issues
  • Excellent customer service skills
