Job Summary
A healthcare consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Mergers and Acquisitions Human Resource Generalist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring regular and clear communication avenues are available to incoming associates
- Supporting transparent communication throughout the integration process
- Maintaining clear line of site of all data related to transitioning associates while ensuring it is effectively loaded into our HRIS system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to collaborate with Company leaders to ensure incoming associates are mapped to appropriate jobs
- Ability to support and collaborate with various HR functions to understand the “current state” benefits
- Ability to ensure regular and clear communication avenues are available to incoming associates
- Ability to plan and coordinate various onboarding events to help enable a welcoming and informative experience for transitioning associates
- Ability to maintain clear line of site of all data related to transitioning associates while ensuring it is effectively loaded into our HRIS system
- Ability to identify, manage and facilitate the equitable resolution of work-related complaints and concerns
