Job Summary

A business services firm is in need of a Telecommute Healthcare Operations Customer Care Representative in Palm Bay.

Must be able to:

  • Make outbound calls to health plan members
  • Schedule appointments on behalf of their insurance provider
  • Accurately and concisely document customer feedback and special needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
