Job Summary
A business services firm is in need of a Telecommute Healthcare Operations Customer Care Representative in Palm Bay.
Must be able to:
- Make outbound calls to health plan members
- Schedule appointments on behalf of their insurance provider
- Accurately and concisely document customer feedback and special needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Onsite training
- High School Diploma, GED, or determination of an equivalent communication competencies
- Experience in a metrics driven, performance environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to speak clearly and concisely on the phone
