A healthcare consulting company is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Patient Account Representative in Irving.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
- Identifying problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
- Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken
