Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Payroll Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain proper payroll records for all payroll runs
  • Manage tax notices and business registrations
  • Support the Global Payroll Manager with any additional reporting, auditing or investigations

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on, payroll preparation and processing experience
  • Understanding and experience with US payroll tax regulations, calculations and laws
  • Experience working under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Extreme attention to detail and high standards
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and initiative
