Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Program Operations Director.

Must be able to:

• Help to deliver collaborative, innovative, highly organized and strategic meetings and projects
• Use a customer mindset and analysis to determine where support of new business processes
• Conduct critical workforce management activities and maintain the FTE modeling tools

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of experience with Senior Management presentations
• 4+ years direct people manager experience including performance management and employee development
• 3+ years managing core operational functions such as workforce management, SOPs, and FTE time studies
• 2+ years of experience with managing budgets
• 2+ years documenting and gaining stakeholder approval on scope definition, project charters and business requirements
• Experience building and managing relationships across a large enterprise
