Job Summary

A not-for-profit healthcare system is in need of a Telecommute Healthcare Provider Credentialing Supervisor in Springfield.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing oversight of provider credentialing/re-credentialing and messaging functions
• Coordinating and overseeing all managed care credentialing processes
• Communicating provider information to payers

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years credentialing or relevant experience
• Or a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, business or related field
• Supervisory/leadership skills and experience
• Proficient in all Microsoft programs
• Ability to write effective documentation on processes and procedures
• Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
