Job Summary
A healthcare benefits provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Provider Network Development Contracting Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Enhancing a healthcare provider network by recruiting providers
- Responding to immediate individual recruitment needs of existing clients and groups
- Educating providers and staff of plan designs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree, however, experience may substitute for education if responsibilities directly related to the essential job functions.
- Minimum 3-5 years' of experience in the dental and/or vision industry
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare recruiting, cold calling or sales
- Ability to learn software needed to implement recruitment efforts
- Ability to understand provider contracts and fee schedules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
