Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Provider Reimbursement Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
  • Solve moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2 years of experience in physician reimbursement, policy payment, and/or coding methodologies, including CMS
  • 2 years of experience in claims, contracting, reimbursement, or other affiliated services related to Medicaid and Medicare services
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Root causing the issues and tell a story to find appropriate remediation to find a solution
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
