Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Provider Success Credentialing Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing tickets and offering ongoing education and support to providers and practices
- Fielding daily questions and concerns from providers
- Contributing to product and process improvements
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years customer or provider relations/credentialing experience in a clinic, outpatient practice or inpatient setting
- Experience working within an NCQA Accredited institution and solid understanding of NCQA accreditation requirements
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and/or Jira
