A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Quality Assurance Specialist.

  • Collaborating with Credentialing Analysts to review all incoming new client requests
  • Gathering required documents for Healthcare Professionals
  • Providing administrative support to the Credentialing Analysts teams by completing check requests

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 to 3 years previous experience in an administrative setting
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with Microsoft Software Suite
  • 1 to 3 years of Healthcare Professional Credentialing
  • Must have reliable internet access from home or work location
