Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Quality Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Calling patients, and/or providers of care with current quality gaps in care
- Reporting on gap closure plan metrics including successes and opportunities for improvement
- Prioritizing patient-facing outreach upon the contractual quality gaps in care by region and plan type
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Possible travel to local clinics for interactive engagement with HCP and Team around quality
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Relevant work experience in health care and quality
- Telephonic engagement and customer service skills
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Working knowledge of electronic medical records and practice management software
