Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Quality Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Calling patients, and/or providers of care with current quality gaps in care
  • Reporting on gap closure plan metrics including successes and opportunities for improvement
  • Prioritizing patient-facing outreach upon the contractual quality gaps in care by region and plan type

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Possible travel to local clinics for interactive engagement with HCP and Team around quality
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in health care and quality
  • Telephonic engagement and customer service skills
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Working knowledge of electronic medical records and practice management software
