Job Summary
A provider of dialysis services has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Recruit for Non licensed clinical base positions
- Act as an internal consultant and strategist to deliver positive business results
- Work with a load of 35-45 (sometimes 50) positions to fill at one time
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience within a dynamic environment
- Experience using an enterprise level ATS to track and report candidate and job statistics
- Strong time management, flexibility, and communication skills
