Job Summary

An outsourced healthcare services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and conducts initial screening interviews
  • Manage external recruiters
  • Generate candidate leads that tap into passive candidate pool for current and future open positions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of four (4) years full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Proven success is a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated sourcing skills for candidates in multiple geographic regions
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to influence hiring managers, establishing credibility with technical expertise and guidance
