Job Summary
An outsourced healthcare services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and conducts initial screening interviews
- Manage external recruiters
- Generate candidate leads that tap into passive candidate pool for current and future open positions
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of four (4) years full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Proven success is a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated sourcing skills for candidates in multiple geographic regions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to influence hiring managers, establishing credibility with technical expertise and guidance
