Must be able to:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for various open roles
- Ideate and execute new ways to raise awareness of the employer brand
- Design and implement full-cycle staffing and headcount planning, achieving the best results for the organization
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting
- 2 years of talent management experience
- Understand how to build processes and seamless lines of communication as a recruiter
- Ability to think creatively and have a bias for action
- Ability to ideate and execute new ways to raise awareness of the Rupa employer brand
