Job Summary

A business solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Regulatory Compliance Manager in Livermore.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing healthcare-related regulatory affairs, compliance activities, and inquiries for the company
  • Partnering with the Director of Healthcare Compliance to develop and deliver compliance training initiatives
  • Providing Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) appeal research and hearing support as needed

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Occasional overnight travel to out-of-state company location, generally less than 10%
  • Juris Doctorate degree
  • Prior experience, generally five (5) years or more, in a leadership role
  • Ten (10) years or more of progressive experience in government and commercial regulatory compliance affairs
  • Five (5) years or more, managing Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial healthcare claims and appeals
