Job Summary
A business solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Regulatory Compliance Manager in Livermore.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing healthcare-related regulatory affairs, compliance activities, and inquiries for the company
- Partnering with the Director of Healthcare Compliance to develop and deliver compliance training initiatives
- Providing Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) appeal research and hearing support as needed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Occasional overnight travel to out-of-state company location, generally less than 10%
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Prior experience, generally five (5) years or more, in a leadership role
- Ten (10) years or more of progressive experience in government and commercial regulatory compliance affairs
- Five (5) years or more, managing Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial healthcare claims and appeals
